Not much can beat that, which is what makes the Snowshoe Foundations Treasure on the Mountain event a hit every year. This fundraiser takes a raffle full of prizes you actually want and turns it into an evening of fun and excitement. A Real Treasure on the Mountain!
The biggest and best raffle event in Snowshoe WV or anywhere in the state for that matter. Treasure on the Mountain has a ton of awesome prizes you definitely want to win. The raffle begins at 3 p.m. and continues every five minutes. Some of the fabulous raffle prizes you can win include:
- Vehicles enter to win a 2016 Ford Escape, Jeep Wrangler, or Mustang Coupe among others
- Cash Prizes enjoy multiple chances to win $1,000 or up to $25,000

A True Party Atmosphere
With plenty to eat, see, and do, join the party with hundreds of friends from the community for an incredible party atmosphere. Vendors will be on site with tasty food and drink options. The best part is free food and drink will be available throughout the event. Entertainment will be provided. It is an excellent opportunity to get together with family and friends to enjoy some summer fun before the season is over.
All For a Great Cause
Although the event is about fun, food, and prizes, it means so much more than that. Treasure on the Mountain is the Snowshoe Foundations largest fundraiser of the year. The monies collected from this and their other fundraising events make a big difference in Snowshoe WV and surrounding counties. The funding supports numerous community betterment endeavors through grants to local non-profit organizations whose activities benefit our communities. In 2015 the foundation raised over $200,000 for non-profits and higher education scholarships.
