Old Spruce Tavern
They feature comfort food prepared with regional ingredients. Being a favorite hangout for local residents, the hearty soups, desserts, and delicious sandwiches highlight freshness and delight. This is the place to be for the best pizza, salads, and subs. Located across from Rimfire, Cheat Mountain pizza has the best atmosphere for fun dining. The Junction Ale House
This Snowshoe WV restaurant has the most unique dining experience the village has to offer…taking you a step back in time. Enjoy your meal while learning the history of the region as depicted on the walls. Tons of old photos show the area as a leader in logging and railroading. The Junction also features a full bar and is a great place for Apres’ Ski.
Waffle Cabin
The Waffle Cabin, which recently moved to the top of the Ballhooter lift, features delicious waffles made from scratch – and can be smelled from miles away!
Hoot’s Bar & Grill is located at Top of the World, and features live music and entertainment – another favorite hangout for apres’ ski…and conveniently located at the top of the Soaring Eagle Express high-speed chair-lift.

They offer farm-to-table modern American cuisine with a regional Appalachian flare. All our meats are sourced regionally from Appalachian farms, and when the season permits, our produce is also sourced from regional farms. The Boathouse
Ski down to the bottom of the Basin and you will find The Boathouse. Located steps from the base of the Ballhooter lift, The Boathouse deck overlooks scenic Shavers Lake and is the perfect place to relax and recharge between runs. Grab a burger and a beer for lunch, and then hop back on the lift for more fun on the mountain.
Over at the Western Territory, you will find Arbuckle’s Cabin. The cabin is a welcome respite at the bottom of the longest two runs at Snowshoe Mountain. It has a large outdoor sitting area with outstanding views of both Cupp Run and Shays Revenge, allowing for a full view of the end-of-run spills, falls, and yard sales. Despite a limited food selection, the homemade stew and chili are outstanding, as is their beer selection.
Silver Creek
Located in the Silver Creek area is The Locker Room – the perfect place to relax, rejuvenate and grab a quick bite before heading back to the slopes at Silver Creek (night skiing). The Locker Room is one of the few Snowshoe WV Restaurants that is open year-round and features eight taps of craft and local brews during the winter season as well as live entertainment and karaoke on special nights. Outfitted with multiple big screens, The Locker Room is the place to be to watch the big game.
