Mountaintop Condos features 1 and 2 bedroom properties located in Mountain Lodge at Snowshoe WV. The complex is considered Ski (Bike) In/Out, and is located adjacent to Snowshoe Village. It is approximately 30 yards from both the Ballhooter high-speed chair lift and the beginner slopes/ski school area. The building has its own private parking lot, and is also within walking distance to the free shuttle which services the Silver Creek ski area (night-skiing) and Western Territory slopes. On the ground floor you’ll find a large, open lobby with a cozy fireplace. Mountain Lodge’s common areas (and units) all have complimentary Wi-Fi Internet access. There is an Italian restaurant, lounge, and Conference Center located in the lower level of our building. Snowshoe WV is the premier ski resort in the Mid-Atlantic region with a whopping elevation of 4,848 feet. Typically, Snowshoe receives an average of 180 inches of natural snowfall each year. Snowshoe features 57 trails within 3 different ski areas: The Basin, The Western Territory and Silver Creek with 100% snow-making capabilities in each area. The Western Territory boasts expert-only terrain with a 1,500 vertical drop and the longest trail on the mountain, 1.5 miles. Silver Creek is popular for its night skiing, terrain park features and the Coca-Cola tubing park. A free shuttle service is provided to get you from one area to another. If you are not a skier or rider, there are still plenty of wintertime activities for the whole family. Snowshoe Mountain offers Polaris RZR and Snowmobile tours, as well as SnowCat tours where you can learn more about the art of grooming. Plus, there are a variety of shops and restaurants in the village and around the mountain. If you are looking for some relaxation and pampering, you may want to visit the Spa at Snowshoe.
