Mountain Lodge 305 is a two-bedroom unit located in the center of Snowshoe Mountain Resort, adjacent to the Ballhooter ski lift and the Village. Mountain Lodge offers a children's game room and play area, balconies with a variety of views, a large fireplace in the lobby, private parking, an indoor waterfall, a sitting area with a large-screen TV, and ski-in/ski-out access. Mountain Lodge is also home to the Mountain Lodge Conference Center and Winter Restaurant. The Village shops, restaurants, and the Split Rock Pool & Hot Tubs are just steps away. Mountain Lodge features ample private parking, a large, comfortable lobby with a fireplace, and scenic slope overlooks. Mountain Lodge also has a dedicated electronic game room perfect for entertaining the kids. Complimentary WiFi broadband internet access is provided throughout the building.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made greater than 30 days prior to check-in will receive 100% refund less cancellation fee ($50). There are NO REFUNDS for cancellations made within 30 days of check-in. If you are concerned about possibly having to cancel your trip, we highly suggest that you consider our travel insurance! If purchased, you can be fully refunded in the event that you have to cancel due to a qualifying event (i.e. illness, lack of snow, etc.)

NOTE: If you booked one of our condos through AirBnB, Expedia, Booking.com, etc, you will have to contact them directly - they will then coordinate your cancellation.

Clean, well appointed, great proximity to slopes. Easy check in and out. Could use another comfortable seating spot, but probably not room for it.

Great location! Very convenient to the village and ski lifts. Nice to walk out the building and right to the slopes.

We loved staying slopeside. The building could use some updates and with our younger kids having to lug skis, we wished there were an additional elevator at our end of the building, but the owners were excellent communicators. And we appreciated the price last minute! Worth what we paid for sure.

The location of this property was very close to everything in the village and to the bunny slope. My kids loved being close to the pool as well. I didn’t realize that the windows in the condo face the parking lot. It would have been nice to be able to look out over the ski slopes. We still enjoyed our stay.The kitchen has very limited space. We had to get very creative with where we put all of our pantry items since there was no cabinet space. We cooked a lot of meals in the room. Pots and pans and utensils provided were perfect. We would stay here again. Very reasonable.
