Cozy and comfortable 3-bedroom, 2 bath condo in the Leatherbark complex. This unit will sleep 8 comfortably. You will love warming up by the electric fireplace and preparing your own meals in the beautiful, recently remodeled and well-appointed kitchen, which features stainless steel appliances. If you are planning to cook, this kitchen has everything you need! The spacious master bedroom features a king bed with a flat-screen TV. The second bedroom features two queen beds and an en-suite bathroom with a tub and shower. This bedroom also has a flat-screen Roku TV. The 3rd bedroom has 1 full-sized bed and is located next to the living area. This condo features dedicated Internet, CityNetTV, flat-screen TVs, baseboard heat, and a stacked efficiency-sized washer and dryer. The Leatherbark complex is an easy 5-minute walk to the Village and the Ballhooter lift. This unit is on the second floor which means NO STEPS!

Bookings canceled at least 30 days before the start of the stay will receive a full refund less a $75 cancellation fee. Bookings canceled at least 14 days before the start of the stay will receive a 50% refund less a $75 cancellation fee. There are no refunds for bookings cancelled within 13 days of arrival. Cancellations must be made by 11:59 pm in the property’s timezone on the chosen day to qualify for a refund.

We came for memorial day & had the best time! Super convenient location close to the village, maybe a five minute walk tops. It was as described, however there is not AC like it says & the floor is a little rough & raising up in parts so my son tripped a few times. We would definitely stay again.

Clean, comfortable, and easily sleeps 8. Just be sure to have the location locked down before you get to the mountain, the lack of cell service can make it a bit difficult to find. Great place to stay for a few days of skiing.

This was a wonderful condo! Everything has been tastefully renovated and very well organized. You can tell that the owners worked hard to make sure that guests would be comfortable and we were! Our family - 2 adults and 2 teenagers - stayed for 2 nights. Having a dryer handy to dry our gloves and some small ski gear was awesome for when we came off of the slopes. The kitchen is well stocked with cookware, glassware, and appliances (including a dishwasher). The condo is well located with easy parking and the 5 minute walk to the lift is spot on. The owner is super responsive, which is a huge plus. The only downside to the condo (and this is completely out of the control of the owners) is that the walls are thin so we definitely heard the neighbors. The plumbing from adjacent units must not be insulated well as we could also hear most neighboring toilet flushes throughout our stay. Thank you for renting us your condo! We really enjoyed our stay!
