Welcome to Leatherbark 108B - your cozy home away from home! Leatherbark is a GREAT location! Short walk to the slopes and village! Mountain Bike trails are literally in our back yard! Electric fireplace with large-screen TV mounted above; HD channels and Google Chromecast Roomy living room includes a pull-out sofa which sleeps two (2) additional people. Plenty of room for the entire family! Two couches, love seat, and chair/footrest. Sit by the fire and watch TV! Fully-equipped kitchen (pots, pans, utensils, spices, cookware, etc.) with oak cabinets, solid-surface counter-tops, and stainless steel appliances! Full-sized stainless steel fridge, full-sized oven and electric cook top, toaster oven, and dishwasher Room for six (6) at the Leatherbark 108B dinner table!! Queen bed in master bedroom; foam mattress pad (very comfy!) Fan available in case you need a breeze (or noise!). Private Master Bath (en suite) with tub and shower; linens provided. Full-sized bed in second bedroom; chest of drawers and closet for storage. Full second bathroom in hallway next to second bedroom; has a shower enclosure. Pedestal sink and small shelves in 2nd bathroom There is a 3rd bedroom off of the living room; two (2) twin beds and an accordion wall that closes off the room. Washer/Dryer combo in kitchen closet; be sure to bring detergent. Safely store your skis/boards inside of Leatherbark 108B - on our handy-dandy ski rack! Please keep all shoes and boots on our boot rack. Melting water and mud will drain down into the pan below (easy for our housekeeper to clean up). Plenty of hooks for hats, gloves, coats, and gear! During warmer months, sit back and watch the deer from our private deck. You'll have access to this lockable closet (with key); perfect for storing mountain bikes or extra gear!

Cozy and comfortable 3-bedroom, 2 bath condo in the Leatherbark complex. This unit will sleep 8 comfortably with a pull-out full-sized sofa bed in the living area. You will love warming up by the electric fireplace and preparing your own meals in the beautiful, recently remodeled fully-equipped kitchen, which features stainless steel appliances. The spacious master bedroom features its own private full bath and comfy queen-sized bed. The second bedroom features a full-sized bed and is right next door to the 2nd full bath. This bedroom also has a large flat screen TV with an XBOX 360 and a few games for the kiddos in your group. The 3rd bedroom has 2 twin beds and is located next to the living area which has sliding accordion divider for privacy. This condo features dedicated Internet, Satellite TV, flat screen TVs, baseboard heat, and a stacked efficiency-sized washer and dryer. This property also features a private deck on the ground level which has a locked storage closet perfect for a couple of bikes. (Bikes are not allowed inside the unit). Deck also includes patio table and a propane BBQ grill. The Leatherbark complex is an easy 5 minute walk to the Village and the Ballhooter lift. This unit is on the first floor, however, from the parking lot, it will be necessary to take one flight of steps down once you are inside the building to reach our unit. Elevator access is not available in Leatherbark.

Cancellations made greater than 30 days prior to check-in will receive 100% refund less cancellation fee ($50). There are NO REFUNDS for cancellations made within 30 days of check-in. If you are concerned about possibly having to cancel your trip, we highly suggest that you consider our travel insurance! If purchased, you can be fully refunded in the event that you have to cancel due to a qualifying event (i.e. illness, lack of snow, etc.)
NOTE: If you booked one of our condos through AirBnB, Expedia, Booking.com, etc, you will have to contact them directly - they will coordinate your cancellation with us.
